FAQ
How does Bayclo protect my privacy and keep my information secure?
We are aware of how important privacy and security are to you since they are to us as well. Strong security is a top concern for us, and we want you to feel confident that your data is secure and available when you need it.
How can I remove information about myself from Bayclo's search results?
The content that is made available to the public on the web is reflected in Bayclo search results. Removing search results from Bayclo wouldn't erase the content off the web because search engines are unable to delete content directly from websites.
You should get in touch with the website's webmaster and request a change if you want something taken down from the internet. The data won't show up in Bayclo's search results after it has been deleted and the update has been noted. Visit our assistance page for more details if you need to seek a removal immediately.
Are my search queries sent to websites when I click on Google Search results?
Yes, in some instances. Your web browser may also communicate the Internet address, or URL, of the search results page to the destination website as the Referrer URL when you click on a result in Bayclo Search. Sometimes, the search term you provided appears in the URL of the search results page. In most cases, when using SSL Search (Bayclo's encrypted search feature), your search terms won't be transferred as a component of the URL in the Referrer URL.
This behavior has several exceptions, such as when you are using some less well-liked browsers. You may read more about SSL Search here. Bayclo Analytics or an application programming interface may provide access to search queries or information from the Referrer URL (API). Additionally, information on the precise phrases that led to an ad click may be sent to marketers.
